Front of House

We're looking for a Front of House to join us on a Fixed Term Contract basis.

About Us

Creativity Media is a post-production company with a new attitude. We are building our company on the notion that great talent is the key to great films. We have post-produced over 180 films and television programs, from BIFA and BAFTA winners to box office hits and festival favourites. Our recent work includes Mike Leigh’s latest feature (Hard Truths) as well as Johnny Depp’s directorial debut feature(Modi).

The work we do spans a diverse set of genres, including independent features, tv drama, scripted comedy, and high-end factual documentaries.

About the role

Key Responsibilities

Front of House Duties:

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries as needed
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and organised
Work with the Facilities Manager to ensure all building related works are booked in correctly with the landlord and correct paperwork
Provide refreshments for clients and staff, including coffee, tea, and lunches
Monitor and maintain stock levels of refreshments and office supplies, placing orders as needed
Organise access control for all staff, visitors and contractors with the Security team
Coordinate the setup of edit suites and meeting rooms, ensuring they are equipped with necessary supplies
Assist with any special requests from clients or team members during their visits
Arrange transport / couriers as required.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google tools (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Experience in customer service and hospitality is advantageous. Strong sense of time management and able to prioritise urgent tasks
Flexibility required to adapt to client needs.
