THE ROLE
As the Sales Director,
you will be responsible for leading market penetration efforts, achieving
annual targets, and building strong customer relationships. This pivotal role
focuses on driving profitability and growth through strategic sales planning
and execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead
territory activities to ensure strong customer engagement
- Identify
and pursue new sales opportunities within accounts/territories
- Drive
the full sales cycle from discovery to closing deals
- Develop
and execute territory sales plans aligned with market trends.
- Forecast
and achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals
- Monitor
market dynamics, including costs, competition and demand
- Build
internal partnerships to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Identify
opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge and networks
- Ensure
accountability for meeting territory sales objectives
- Implement
consistent sales strategies to maximize margins and brand impact
- Collaborate
with leadership to refine products and sales tactics
- Develop
and negotiate customer contracts effectively.
THE PERSON
Strong account management
and farming skills are essential, along with SaaS and IPTV/OTT experience.
Exceptional
communication skills to effectively engage technical, business, and executive
audiences through clear writing, impactful presentations and compelling
demonstrations is key.
An understanding of
complex business solutions and the ability to navigate them with confidence are
critical for effectively addressing and managing intricate challenges.
