Senior Digital Producer

An opportunity with our Entertainment team! 

As Senior Digital Producer, you will be responsible for all output and digital video production for key high profile partners and clients.

With hybrid and flexi-time working.


Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find a Senior Digital Producer to join our Entertainment team on a fixed term basis. Is this your next opportunity?


As Senior Digital Producer, you will be responsible for all output and digital video production for key high profile partners and clients. With creative ideation, you will manage a team of Digital Producers and Editors to deliver best-in-class video content across platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and Threads.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME 

  • Managing a team of Digital Producers and Editors who are responsible for delivering best-in-class video content across all platforms
  • Overseeing delivery of video and static content such as video clips and compilations for social platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and Threads
  • Help grow client’s audience, and understanding the types of content that keeps them engaged
  • Having oversight of the social media calendar, and working closely with the team of Social Media Managers who are responsible for it to identify priorities and key beats
  • Regular liaising with stakeholders and senior client management - acting as one of the main points of contact and account leads for the project
  • Running client meetings and calls, providing project status updates, receiving briefs, collating feedback and rolling out plans with the team
  • Acting as a guide and mentor for the team’s content creation (working in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro)
  • Ownership of the digital strategy for assigned clients and platforms, working with the Head of Social Creative and other account leads to create a strategy in line with overall business and marketing objectives
  • Developing social marketing strategy for new releases and top tier campaigns
  • Contributing creatively to content schedules, leading brainstorming sessions and inspiring junior and mid-level team members around creative, growth strategies and community building
  • The ability to concentrate on several areas of work at one time and prioritise, deliver to deadlines and react positively to changes and conflicting priorities.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything. 

  • Have a genuine passion for television and online culture!
  • Vast experience in demonstrating best-in-class social media activity for an array of brands/partners and platforms;
  • Experience of on set social shooting, working with high profile talent, and working with production teams and acting as a point of contact between departments;
  • Comfortable leading on creative ideation with the wider editorial and production team on high tier campaign brief responses;
  • Demonstrable experience in edit production, account management and project management in a fast-paced production or creative agency;
  • A well-rounded knowledge of production processes from start to finish;
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects);
  • Highly effective planning & organising skills, positive nature with an eye for detail;
  • Great relationship-building skills and an ability to pre-empt, interpret and incorporate client feedback sensitively;
  • Experience of managing and developing a team;
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and the key differences between them, and by extension, a mastered tone of voice on how to best communicate with UK audiences specifically;
  • Understanding platform trends and how to utilise them - comfortable with a reactive workflow;
  • Ability to work under pressure managing multiple editorial projects;
  • Experience using Asana (or similar task management tool) a bonus;
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, the ability to deliver information to clients with clarity on an individual and group basis;
