VP Sales [A5133]

We are seeking a dynamic VP of Sales to lead and scale our sales strategy, driving growth and expanding market presence.

THE COMPANY

 

Our client is a cutting-edge technology company specialising in providing advanced data insights and digital content management solutions.

 

THE ROLE

 

  • Design and refine sales strategies, including pitch scripts, while optimizing collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Define long-term sales strategies, focusing on market expansion, resource prioritisation, and scaling the sales team while ensuring tactical execution
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, recruit top talent, and refine the sales engine to maximize revenue and set the foundation for future growth
  • Engage directly in closing key deals while building the sales infrastructure
  • Provide hands-on support to close major deals and identify challenges early, maximizing team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier talent to ensure the sales team is equipped for success as the company scales.

 

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a VP of Sales or in a similar leadership role within a SaaS or Enterprise Sales environment. This person must have expertise in the media and entertainment industry.

 

They should demonstrate a strong track record of recruiting, building, and leading high-performing sales teams.

 

Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of CRM systems and the sales tech stack.

 

Desired qualifications include experience selling into areas such as advertising, marketing, or analytics within the media or CTV space, and managing sales teams scaling from $6M ARR to $60M ARR.

 

Multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
