The Role

We are looking for an aspiring Product Manager to join our team looking after our broadcast management software. Working alongside Development, Project and Engineering teams, this role provides an exciting first step into the world of Product Management. Full system training will be provided, and no Broadcast Management experience is required.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Stakeholders to design product strategy
  2. Deliver clear and concise briefs to development teams
  3. Manage and maintain the product road map
  4. Create support and training documents for internal and external users
  5. Collect user feedback on features and functionality
  6. Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing prior to release of new features or functionality
  7. Support sales and marketing to create effective marketing materials
  8. Accurate documentation of system architectures, features, and functionality.

  1. Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills
  2. Strong communication skills
  3. Solid time management skills
  4. Strong computer skills
  5. Comfortable working under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines
  6. Confident using a range of software and learning new tools or systems
  7. A curious mind with the intention not to just understand how things happen, but why.

Required Experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Minimum two years' working in a professional environment.


Salary and Benefits:

  1. Up to £30,000 depending on experience
  2. ABS-funded Training Courses in Product Management and/or the Broadcast Industry
  3. Pension Contribution
  4. Flexible working outside of core hours
  5. Hybrid working option upon completion of probation, with regular visits to ABS London offices.

This role may require international travel as per business needs.
