Creative Operations Coordinator

A+E Networks UK are looking for a Creative Operations Coordinator to manage our commissioning information and broadcast data entry for creative content across UK and EMEA. 


The role sits within the Creative team and reports to the Head of Creative Operations. 

    

The Creative team is responsible for the development and execution of a range of content for A+E Networks EMEA. The team devise and deliver all the on-air and off-air campaigns, short form, branding and promos for Sky History, The History Channel international, Crime + Investigation, BLAZE and our streaming services, History PLAY and CI PLAY.

Key responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain the creative short-form information in our Channel Management Systems, for all UK and international channels, ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Act as a key point of contact for promo commissioning queries from On-Air, Media Planning, Production and Marketing departments, and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships
  • Enter and maintain all channel branding, promotional, navigation and on-air technical elements data in the CMS systems, keeping on top of frequent changes and updates with strong attention to detail
  • Coordinate all On-Air Creative elements for Channel launches and Channel rebrands
  • Work closely with Production and Creative teams to ensure effective communication of information, to enable the smooth running of creative campaigns and projects
  • Support operational projects, including channel launches, rebrands, playout migrations and the launch of new platforms
  • Support the Production team on projects and production administration where required
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues and escalate where required
  • Provide cover for the Senior Creative Operations Coordinator during absence, and support ad-hoc projects when required.

 

You will have…

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experienced in Channel Management systems (i.e. What’s On and/or BSS)
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships
  • Experience of working as part of a team and supporting others
  • Knowledge or experience of broadcast production, post-production or creative workflows
  • Skills in a range of software packages, including MS Office and an aptitude to learn new software.
