THE ROLE:
Our client is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join a market-leading company in the live events industry. With a reputation for delivering cutting-edge audio-visual (AV) solutions globally, this role is instrumental in expanding the company's footprint within the Middle East market. The successful candidate will possess technical expertise in at least one AV discipline, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, networking events, and research
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients within the live events and AV industry
- Develop meaningful relationships with key decision-makers, tailoring engagement strategies to their needs.
Client Relationship Building:
- Leverage technical expertise in AV solutions to have insightful discussions with potential clients
- Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations that align with client requirements
- Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to provide deep technical insights where required.
Sales Lifecycle Management:
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings in the Middle East and beyond
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance operational and commercial efficiencies.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the live events sector
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
THE PERSON:
We are looking for a Sales Executive who has a strong background in business development, sales, or account management, specifically within the live events or AV industry.
You should possess technical expertise in one or more AV disciplines, such as video, audio, lighting, or integrated networks. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships is essential, along with experience working in the Middle East. Preference will be given to those with familiarity in the Saudi market.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are critical for this role. You must be willing to travel and work on projects across the GCC and internationally. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage. We are looking for individuals who are ready to bring their expertise and energy to this dynamic position.
