What You’ll Do Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with the Executive and Operational Management teams, offering practical HR expertise and ensuring the business complies with employment legislation, best practices, and regulatory guidelines. You’ll also oversee one HR team member to deliver seamless support.
Key responsibilities include: - Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on performance management, redundancies, disciplinary matters, grievances, TUPE processes, exits, and more. Stay up to date with employment law developments, ensuring managers are informed of changes
- Leadership Support: Build trusted relationships with the Executive and Operations teams, providing training and guidance on people-related matters
- Culture and Morale: Foster a positive working environment to enhance employee engagement, retention, and morale
- Talent Development: Identify training needs for individuals and teams, support staff development, and implement HR initiatives
- Planning and Reporting: Lead workforce and succession planning, talent mapping, and risk assessment. Report key metrics to the board monthly.

- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS/HCM systems (experience with ADP is a strong advantage).
