The position of Paid Media Operations Manager encompasses not only strong technical leadership but also adept management of key collaborators. This role carries significant accountability in expanding LDS' capabilities in Paid Media, achieving exceptional outcomes for our esteemed clientele, and proficiently overseeing a compact team of skilled professionals.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Manage key accounts and provide exceptional service to high-profile clients, taking charge of more complex projects. Additionally, overseeing the development of Media operations executives in handling smaller briefs
- Be capable of delivering full training of Graduate-level New Starters; exposing them to all areas of their role in a contained environment which allows them to learn whilst safeguarding the business & our clients
- Hold technical relationships with LDS’ top tier clients across YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and all other social platforms ensuring their LDS media experience is seamless and encourages repeat business
- Provide our Media Planning Team with technical expertise and collateral to assist in providing the best client-first service with a particular focus on upselling existing partnerships
- Keep up to date with developments within the digital media landscape (LUMAscape) and campaign trafficking best practices, staying one step ahead of competitors by liaising with existing partners and forming new partnerships with platforms and ad tech partners
- Expansion of campaign strategy, Introducing new trafficking methods and implementing a test-and-learn framework to boost ad relevancy, lower cost per result, and improve earned metrics
- Continuously expand the teams’ expertise in new products and strategies, sharing your latest insights and learnings to drive more impactful campaigns
- Enact a continuous improvement approach using automation to optimise campaigns and drive performance. This includes developing predictive models, audience segmentation, and automating repetitive tasks boosting efficiency, agility and results
- Design and modernise a playbook for other team members to follow when it comes to campaign setup, optimisation, planning and reporting
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, product enhancements, and new service offerings based on data-driven insights.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Social products and platform specialist, therefore able to suggest product strategies for any possible client KPI. (In particular experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager is a must)
- A Proven track record when it comes to Problem-Solving within the Paid Media Space including finding creative solutions where creative/budgets are limited
- Collaborative work ethic to ensure processes and procedures are adhered to across the team. Re-educating where necessary
- Stakeholder management; balancing both internal and external time pressure
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Formulae
- A Strong Attention to Detail. You should be able to demonstrate an impressive record of campaign delivery in the last 6 months
- Great Verbal & Written Communication Skills, specifically the ability to be completely transparent around issues, the ability to hold yourself accountable for mistakes to stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering on media-specific projects
- Has demonstrated managerial maturity or management experience in previous roles and can speak to multiple occasions where their business has benefited from their stewardship.
