Integrated Producer

We are looking for an Integrated Producer to join our team on a part time basis for 9 months, 21 hours per week.

Wellcome is a global charitable foundation. We improve health for everyone by funding science, leading policy and advocacy campaigns, and building partnerships.


We plan to spend £16bn over the next ten years, funding new discoveries in life, health and wellbeing, and taking on three global health challenges: mental health, infectious disease and climate and health.


These challenges need the bold science we support, but they won’t be solved by science alone.

We are looking for an Integrated Producer to join our team on a part time basis for 9 months, 21 hours per week.


Where in Wellcome will I be working?

As an Integrated Producer, you will be a key member of the Creative team consisting of design, photography, copy and production professionals. You will work in matrix team with the Creative Operations Manager to engage with key internal clients across Wellcome's Corporate Affairs department. 


The role is one of two Integrated Producers in the team with this role focussing primarily on supporting the solutions and discovery science programme for Wellcome Trust, as opposed to Wellcome Collection.


The Creative team’s purpose is to nurture consistent but evolving ways of expressing Wellcome’s brand across all touchpoints. We bring the brand to life creatively and produce campaigns, content and a range of other marketing and communications collateral. As a global health foundation we want our communications to be accessible to the widest possible audience, we put inclusive communications principles at the heart of our practise.


What will I be doing?

You will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, clients, external partners, and the creative team to ensure effective delivery of our projects. As the first point of contact, you will build strong relationships with colleagues to help scope and problem solve their communication needs.


Helping to continually define and improve our ways of working and to develop a strong internal Creative team.


We are looking for someone who can:

  • Lead the delivery of Wellcome Trust’s creative projects from resourcing and briefing through to scoping and development, to quality control and deployment

  • Provide direction and updates to the project team including designers, copywriters and the stakeholder

  • Manage multiple schedules for a range of jobs that you will oversee simultaneously

  • Drive Wellcome’s digital delivery but also work across print outputs

  • Work closely with the Integrated Producer and Creative Operations Manager to ensure that resource is planned effectively and plans are kept updated

  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation, collaborating across departments.

  • Has proven producer experience across print and digital media

  • Can collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, clients, external partners, and creative colleagues to drive forward deliverables to the highest standards

  • Is able to and experienced with producing work across a broad scope of large, complex projects as well as several small to mid-size projects at any given time

  • Understands the creative process inside out and the intricacies of working with designers, copywriters and third-party agencies

  • Is extremely organised and used to using project management software to stay on top of schedules and tasks.

  • Salary: £56,909 (pro-rated £34,145)
  • Contract type: 9-month Fixed Term Contract / 21 hours per week.
