THE ROLE

As a Sales Director, will leverage your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to inspire enthusiasm and build lasting connections with clients.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage with new contacts across national and international companies to expand business opportunities.
  • Initiate and maintain regular communication with leads and prospects, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions, while managing all aspects of meeting coordination and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team and management to craft detailed, customised proposals that align with customer requirements.
  • Drive measurable business growth through the acquisition of new contracts and successful deal closures.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics regularly, providing key insights to management based on KPIs.
  • Represent the company at major trade fairs, roadshows, and client meetings, building strong industry and customer relationships.

  

THE PERSON

With a solid background of B2B sales experience you should be passionate about digital products, and enjoy exploring new technologies and tools. Analytical and conceptual thinking is important, supported by proficiency in collaborative platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Miro, Teams, and Jira.

 

Having an extensive network in the international media industry, especially across Europe and public service broadcasters is essential.

 

You must be determined and reliable, managing tasks effectively and maintaining focus in dynamic environments.
