At Netflix, Marketing Partnerships maximises the impact of brand engagements, driving business results through creative excellence. The team consists of (3) distinct business units focused on distinct outcomes: Partner Marketing: grow our subscriber base Brand Partnerships: promote our titles to members & offer custom solutions for advertisers. Ads B2B Marketing: drive preference with advertisers.
All of these objectives are supported by the Marketing Partnerships Creative team, which collaborates with external brands and agency/production partners as well as internal cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, activations, sponsorships, and other innovative solutions.
As Creative Operations Manager within the Marketing Partnerships Creative team, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the Ads Marketing team to bring our core advertising positioning and strategy to life through compelling messaging, and to build widespread awareness and excitement among our key advertising partners.
You will partner closely with the team on the creation of collateral across Sales enablement materials and key industry events. You will lead the production of these materials, managing the necessary resources, timelines, budgets, approvals, and deliveries. Whilst not a creative practitioner, you will have a sharp eye for creative excellence, and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of execution. You will be based in London, working with a growing Ads Marketing team across Europe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Creative Project Management: Creative project management across all Ads Marketing projects, ranging from day to day design requests to activating at large scale industry events. Intake, delegation and prioritisation of all briefs Executional oversight across all creative Sales enablement materials (including presentations, videos, print, social content, activations/events, etc.) Creative vendor management, including onboarding, negotiating and managing budgets, developing and maintaining production plans Working closely with the Ads Marketing team and creative team to ensure flawless implementation of all projects Manage bespoke AV productions/shoots (if/when needed).
Project Implementation: Implement and develop processes to streamline creative workflows Cross functional alignment, managing socialisation and approvals on creative output across all Ads Marketing projects. Liaising with teams including Sales, Creative Marketing, Content, Legal, Music, PR/Comms, etc. Partner with the Globalisation team to localise assets as needed Brand guardianship of the Netflix Ads design toolkit, ensure all output is at the highest standard.
Operations: Resource management across all projects to ensure tasks are appropriately assigned, move smoothly, and are delivered on time Utilisation of Netflix internal tools, including asset management, in order to effectively support the Ads Marketing team and external agency partners / vendors.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Creative Operations Manager / Design Project Manager with at least 7 years experience within an entertainment / streaming environment, including working with marketing teams and/or creative sales enablement Experience working in integrated marketing and/or B2B communications highly preferable. Works effectively and enjoys fast paced projects involving multiple stakeholders across different regions Experience with planning resources, identifying and managing external agency partners / vendors An expert in design project management, experience working across various platforms including the Adobe suite, Figma and Google. Able to manage and edit deck templates. Experience in video and digital production, confident in managing deliverables of various formats and complexities. AV shoot production experience a bonus Highly organised, able to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal skills. Able to clarify, and communicate complex ideas quickly, succinctly and accurately Able to flourish in our unique company culture.
