Digital Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Digital Analyst to join our Business Analytics & Insights  team. 

THE ROLE

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide campaign reporting across all paid and organic marketing channels.
  • Ensure all campaigns are tracked correctly to maintain high level of quality data.
  • You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and presenting back to performance teams
  • Provide reporting on digital platform performance in line with the product roadmap
  • Support with ongoing and new feature development providing insight and recommendations
  • Analyse user journeys and provide recommendations on how we can best optimise the user experience
  • Support communications with content optimisation and social analysis
  • Provide reports and ad hoc analysis on content performance across web, app and social platform
  • Evaluate the performance of new features and content series
  • Support commercial teams with partnership reporting for new and existing partners
  • Working closely with stakeholders to facilitate a self-sufficient data-driven culture by creating visually engaging dashboards/reports
  • Help develop KPIs and benchmarking using forecasting and trends
  • Tracking support will include business requirements, technical documentation, implementation and analysis & with support from agencies
  • Support with bigger projects and help identify opportunities.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Requirements:

  • Educated to at least degree level or similar experience
  • You will be both analytical and technical, with a strong understanding of user journeys and how to impact it
  • A passion for problem solving and data analysis, while being able to communicate information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
  • Excellent at producing engaging reports with strong and clear recommendations
  • Self-motivated, innovative and strategic. Prospering in an environment where no day is the same
  • Strong team player who is supportive and humble
  • Desire to learn and have a can-do attitude
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital analysis role
  • Excellent knowledge in analysing web, app and social platforms
  • Experience using digital analytics tools, Adobe Analytics preferred
  • Experience using social analytics and listening tools. (preferably owned channel analytics, Sprinklr and Synthesio)
  • Experience with competitor benchmarking tools and industry bodies (preferably App Annie, ComScore and/or SimilarWeb)
  • Proven experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Google
  • Microsoft Office expert, especially Excel.
