We are on the lookout for a developed and experienced Senior Presentation Scheduler to join our team. Reporting into the Presentation Manager, you will have shared responsibility overseeing and supporting the busy team of Presentation Execs, Coordinators and Interns. The team are responsible for the final delivery of Ofcom, BLM and business compliant linear and FAST schedules to our partner playout facilities. Previous expertise in BSS and/or What’s On is highly desirable. The Senior ensures accurate, creative, compliant presentation schedules are delivered by the team on time and acts as the primary contact for resolving transmission and commercial issues. They must have an in depth understanding of strategies to enhance channel performance, drive ad revenue, and understand the different nuances between channels in the portfolio. As a pivotal go to person on the team, they must be confident in information sharing. Additional duties include maintaining training, documentation, and overseeing team performance in the absence of the manager. As the role requires extensive liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners, excellent written and verbal communication is required. An in-depth, strategic understanding of media plans, audience ratings and an agile approach to campaign on air delivery is a must. As well as shared responsibility of overseeing the UK team, the Senior Scheduler will liaise frequently with the other international teams and facilitate scheduling support where necessary. We have an exciting opportunity within our Continuity and Navigation team at Hearst Networks EMEA in our London office! Responsible for the strategic planning and technical execution of all on air graphics and voiceovers, we are looking for a driven self-starter eager to shape the viewer experience across our channels. As a Navigation Co-ordinator, you'll play a critical role in strategising and planning On-Air graphic elements that guide our audiences through a diverse range of programming. Your primary focus will be on developing and technically executing graphic plans that not only align with our brand's vision but also enhance viewer engagement and drive retention across our UK and International channels. You'll be responsible for the creative and strategic execution of voiceover scripts, including managing talent recordings, directing voiceovers when needed, and overseeing script development to ensure all continuity elements seamlessly reflect our brand's identity. As well as having a strategic and creative flair and a passion for all things TV, it’s equally important that you enjoy working with systems, troubleshooting, and optimising processes for operational efficiency. A keen interest in technical workflows and problem-solving is required as you are not only responsible for the Continuity and Navigation strategies, but also for delivering the graphic and voiceover assets and workflows, ensuring they go to air as planned. Strong teamwork and time management skills will help you to thrive in this role as you will work closely within your small team, as well as with the On-Air and Media Planning teams, to juggle all areas across Continuity and Navigation. We move at a quick pace to support all our channels and programmes. This is a permanent position.
