Team Assistant (Licensing) – O4491

A key Team Assistant role within the licensing arm of a leading family entertainment company.  

You will be responsible for updating and distributing brand status reports, product & licensee lists, and maintaining the contract tracking systems for the licensing team.


Our client is an expanding entertainment company, with the family arm specialising in kid’s TV and digital content.


You will manage the day-to-day administrative needs and resources of the team including diaries, invoices, expenses, purchase orders, travel & visas.


Key Responsibilities -  

  • Act as the first point of contact on all general UK licensing enquiries (internal and external) and direct/continual liaison with licensees
  • Manage certain events for the licensing team
  • Provide ad hoc support on various retail / commercial projects
  • Assist the team to hit tight deadlines.




With excellent proven administrative skills within a professional environment, you will have strong communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work within a team.


You will have strong excel skills, alongside the ability to multitask and hit tight deadlines.


Lastly, you will be proactive, enthusiastic,  personable, solution led outlook.


An interest in Licensing and Family Brands would be beneficial.
