Receptionist - O4610

An experienced Receptionist with superb communication skills is required by a global entertainment studio.

You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all clients and visitors.  


Our client is an expanding entertainment company, with the family arm specialising in kid’s TV and digital content.


You will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors face to face and via the telephone.  

Key Responsibilities -  

  • First point of contact you must answer and direct incoming calls
  • Connect callers to voicemail, take messages and meet and greet all visitors and clients
  • Regulate the office environment, ordering catering, office snacks, stationery and booking meeting rooms
  • Process invoicing pre-& post ordering through online PO system and update all reception documents.


With solid experience working on a busy reception, you will have an excellent telephone manner and superb communication skills.

You must be an exceptional at multi-tasking and be have a working knowledge of computer packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
