Post Production Coordinator

Would you love to work in a busy sports-based post production facility? Are you a true team player who has excellent eye for detail and great organisation skills?


Our Global Sports Post Production Team are searching for a Post Production Coordinator.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you will get the opportunity to work across a wide range of sports to deliver high quality promos, highlights, long form programming and online content in a 24/7 broadcast environment. They will be part of a dynamic team supporting and maintaining post production workflows across global facilities.


Working closely with the Post Production team to manage the scheduling and workflow of all the post production work that comes through the facility, you will ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meeting all associated requirements. Through this process, it will be your responsibility to maintain clarity of information and good channels of communication between Production and the post production team.


You will possess exceptional inter personal and organisational skills to handle numerous requests from clients and internal staff and will be responsible for maintaining close relationships with internal teams across numerous departments.

HERE’S A BREAKDOWN OF WHAT YOU’LL DO (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)

  • Scheduling staff and facilities across all post production projects, including booking freelancers.
  • Work with Post Production Coordinators in other international offices to ensure that all events are being covered using the correct resources and most efficient workflow.
  • Processing Invoices and POs in a timely manner.
  • Booking in work with the Post Production Technical Assistants.
  • Managing the recording of live events.
  • Track costs across projects and keep clients informed for cost incurred.
  • Looking after rotas for operational staff.
  • Maintaining scheduling documents and ensuring that staff and clients have correct information.

DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?

  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Great organisational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel and work within our other locations as needed
  • Interest in Sport.

NOT ESSENTIAL BUT GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE 

  • Use of scheduling systems such as ScheduALL
  • Experience working in a Post Production environment
  • Understanding of Post Production Workflows.
