Product Support, Digital Marketing
The Endeavor Digital team are looking for a talented individual to provide support to the Project Manager to help with day to day covering tasks such as website testing, CMS issues, content gathering and uploading – for both websites and mobile applications.
About the Role
The Endeavor Digital team are looking for a talented individual to provide support to the Project Manager to help with day to day covering tasks such as website testing, CMS issues, content gathering and uploading – for both websites and mobile applications. 

They will enjoy a diverse role working across many events throughout the UK, EMEA and UAE and assist with a growing team in areas around SEO and Analytics. Will provide day-to-day support for the events teams in managing their websites.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Proactive in executing product strategy detailing product best practices/trending techniques to inform auditing and improvement suggestions
  • Working with Analyst to produce improvement measurement plans
  • Produce and maintain product documentation including > how-tos, integrations, passwords, 3rd party services, contracts, vendors, user accounts, GDPR-compliance, hosting agreements etc
  • Support SEO > deliver product changes to allow SEO implementation
  • Assist with product brief reviews and edits and reviews of vendor responses
  • Produce product audits across content, UX/UI and functionality, rationalise findings with event teams and deliver change with vendors
  • First point of call for inbound event support requests > how-to support, content edits, audit requests, putting technical issues into layman’s terms
  • Support product change/troubleshooting relating to tracking issues with analyst
  • Maintain change request processes and obtain team approvals
  • Reporting about the current status of the product updates
  • Manage product assets related to change > logos, images, brand information, font files etc
  • Plan and deliver change in accordance with overall digital team event planning, flag risks (RAG)
  • Be flexible, patient and eager.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a permanent position based in Chiswick and Central London
  • Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional travel/weekend work may be required.
