Post Producer

We are looking for an experienced Post Producer with at least 5 years' experience to join our thriving facility in West London


With a friendly and diverse client base producing popular programmes for all of the top UK and International broadcasters, our expanding business is now in need of a new Post Producer.


You will be offered the opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team and work with some of the best production companies in the industry. With a strong commitment and good sense of humour, you will work on a varied array of programmes from feature docs, to entertainment and factual series.


You will be one of the main points of contact for all facility bookings and act as a liaison between clients and technical staff.

You will be responsible for managing client productions from end to end, ensuring they are finished to the highest standard with a smooth and efficient service.


To succeed in the role, you must have the following:

  • A clear understanding of post-production and the ability to manage the post production process from ingest to delivery. This must specifically include AVID, editing work flows, and multi-format deliverables.
  • Knowledge of different media formats and how these can affect ingest and conform
  • Confidence to advise clients on their editing needs, asking the right questions and offering relevant solutions.
  • Experience working to a high standard, delivering projects on time and within the agreed budget
  • The ability to give clear instructions and ensure efficient hand overs between departments.
  • The ability to see potential issues before they arise. With ever changing schedules, you will be expected to deal with issues patiently and offer flexible solutions.
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills – these will include a good phone manner and a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Knowledge of Uber Portal scheduling systems would be an advantage.
